Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NanoRom Shop at https://mskrishnorenttool.in (the “Service”). By registering, logging in, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NanoRom Shop provides online rental and purchase of digital GSM tool access, credentials, and related services. Availability, pricing, and delivery times are shown on the storefront and may change without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent limits.

3. Orders, wallet, and payments

• Orders are fulfilled according to the service description shown at checkout.
• Wallet balance, where offered, is stored in your account and applied to eligible purchases.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the service page or required by applicable consumer law.
• We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, chargebacks, or policy abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party tool provider terms.
• Attempt unauthorized access to admin areas, other users’ accounts, or connected Gmail inboxes.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or API beyond reasonable use.
• Share purchased credentials in a way that breaches the service license or rental period.

5. Digital goods and rentals

Tool access, login credentials, and licence periods are delivered digitally. You acknowledge that delivery may be automated and that access may expire at the end of a rental term shown in your order. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party tool vendors outside our control.

6. Gmail integration (administrators)

Authorized administrators may connect Gmail to automate password-reset workflows for inventory accounts. Administrators must only connect inboxes they own or are authorized to manage. Gmail connectivity is governed by Google’s terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and site content are owned by NanoRom Shop or its licensors. Third-party tool names and logos belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoRom Shop and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant order in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NanoRom Shop from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NanoRom Shop operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
